Product Review: Eat Pastry Vegan Cookie Dough

I'd seen this product at Mother's for a few months now, and being an intense fanatic of vegan sweets it has always intrigued me. At $5.29 per tub, I had put off trying it because I thought the price was a little high. So, I was craving dessert the other day after a nice lunch at Mother's and decided I just had to try it, and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! I tried the peanut butter chocolate chip variety and it was mindblowingly good. Eat Pastry is doing something absolutely amazing here, the dough was rich, buttery, chocolately, and ENTIRELY VEGAN and mostly organic. Eat Pastry also has a great little story behind it, a great site, perfect branding (I'm a marketing guy) and of course an awesome product. I ate damn near the whole tub that night and woke up without even the slightest heavy feeling in my tummy. I ate the dough straight, baked up a few cookies with it, and even tried to deep fry some mini dough balls (not so successfully, but they were still tasty). All I can say is that Eat Pastry has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!!!
